Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain network cabling and hardware
- Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support
- Set up and troubleshoot networks (LAN/WAN/Fibre)
- Resolve connectivity and performance issues
- Manage data backups and recovery solutions
- Set up and support email systems (Microsoft/Google)
- Deliver on-site and remote support for clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support and cabling
- Solid knowledge of networking and fibre connectivity
- Familiarity with backup solutions and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
